Returns & Refunds

Unconditional Refund

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products in original condition, in original packaging for a refund. Please email to support@fit-resolutions.com for a return address before sending any product back to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund And Return Conditions

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product :

  1. The product cannot be used.
  2. The product does not match the description on the website.

If the product meets any of the above conditions, please record a video to prove that the product doesn't work and sent it to support@fit-resolutions.com. We require reasonable proof to ensure customer claims are valid. Once we confirm that the products are faulty and don't work, we will refund or re-send the item.

Return of Delivered but Unused Products

  • Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return the unused product(s).
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • And you will be charged up to 25% restocking fee. (This is withheld from refund.)

Late or Missing Refunds

Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation but not shipped

Your order will be issued as soon as possible after your purchase, so you will be charged a 8-10% processing fee.

    Delivery Problem Claims

    If the customer provides wrong address, postal code, or the customer doesn't pick up the item within correct period, the item is return back to our manufacturer. In this case, we are not responsible for such losses.

    Shipping Damage Claims

    We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check if the item is in good condition when receiving it.

    If you do believe the product has received significant shipping damage, please provide us with proof in video or image and contact us at support@fit-resolutions.com.

    Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 14 days from receipt of products.
