We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.

1st PRIORITY INSURED SHIPPING

Includes tracking number and Insurance for that your product is lost / damaged / or stolen. If your product is lost / damaged / or stolen, we will ship you another one free. We also place the order on a faster shipping line compared to free standard shipping.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

TRACKING INFORMATION

After your order is complete, it takes us 3-4 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center.

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number within 1 week. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it! 

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 4-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. We do not ship on weekends. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country’s post website.

RETURN

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

WRONG ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless you have purchased Priority Insured Shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and / or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services, nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If a package is lost or damaged, contactyour local post office with your tracking number. Items shown as DELIVERED to the shipping address provided by the customer but that have not been received are the responsibility of the USPS or delivery service.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
