COVID-19 Updates

Please expect longer shipping times due to COVID-19. Once your order is shipped, it is up to the shipping carriers and the government who will decide when to deliver your order.

For USA orders placed before May 22, 2020, please expect new shipping time of 20-30 business days instead of original 15-20 business days.Expect no tracking updates for 1-2 weeks when your package arrives at US customs due to heavy USPS backlog. This mainly applies to packages arriving at Los Angeles customs. For packages arriving at New York customs, the backlog is not as heavy.

Tracking Status Explanation

Pending: Your item has been packed and shipping information has been sent to the carrier. It could take 5-7 business days for the carrier to update the status of your order. Meanwhile, your order is actual on the way. NOTE: if you see that your tracking information has been in pending for over 10 days, please contact us at support@fit-resolutions.com. We will give you an appropriate answer.

In Transit: Carrier has accepted or picked up the shipment from us. The shipment is on the way.

Out for Delivery: Carrier is about to deliver the shipment, or it is ready to pick up.

Delivered: Item has been delivered. Please note that sometimes the shipping courier will update the tracking status as delivered, but actually deliver the package 24-48 hours later.

Exception: Custom hold, undelivered, returned shipment to the sender or any shipping exceptions. Please contact your local post office and provide them the tracking number to get further instruction.

Failed Attempt: Carrier attempted to deliver but failed, and usually leaves a notice and will try to deliver again. Please contact the local post office with the tracking number to arrange
